Refund policy

At “Padel Store UAE”, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Custom or personalized items, as well as certain digital products, may not be eligible for returns.

## Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team at padelstore@383.ae to initiate a return.
2. Obtain a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
3. Package the item(s) securely and include a copy of your original order information.
4. Ship the item(s) to the provided return address within 3 days of receiving the return authorization.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days.

Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
